Design

Our design engineers plan and draw the project on computers down to the last detail. This creates a graphic, digital 3D model on which all future work steps are based.

Programming

Everything that our designers develop in 3D is communicated to our state-of-the-art, computer-operated machinery.

Individual programs tell our machines to process a material to produce an individual part. The programs that are created are transferred to our manufacturing department.

Manufacturing

The manufacturing department implements the programming in the relevant machine, equips it with material and starts and monitors the machine while the workpiece is manufactured.

Cleaning, servicing and maintaining our precision machinery are also important tasks. The finished workpieces are transferred to the assembly department.

Assembly and quality control

The assembly department assembles all the individual parts to form the finished product. All of the finished product's components and functions are extensively and diligently tested.

The goods are only forwarded for picking and shipping once our quality and safety officers have given the product the green light.
