After clarifying the task and preparing a list of requirements (specifications), the conceptualisation involves the systematic development of ideas and search for solutions and the development of as many solutions as possible.
The aim is to find the best possible solution based on a large number of alternatives. A sustainable, effective and constructive solution concept is generated by selecting the most appropriate draft:
ergonomics as well as high-quality materials and processing, which are already taken into account in the planning stage, enables us to ensure durability, low maintenance costs and upgrade capability.
A computer with a highly specialised software is used to develop a virtual model of the concept.
The concept literally starts to take shape in that its function, durability, spatial compatibility and costs are estimated based on assessments from technical and economic perspectives.
The shape, dimensions and surface properties of all the individual parts and materials are now defined. This is followed by the construction of a prototype.
A prototype is created based on the pooled documentation of the development process, the manufacturing documents (drawings of the product, its assemblies and individual parts with material, processing, dimension and tolerance information as well as suppliers of materials and the purchased parts to be used).
This prototype is used to prepare the production area, so the aim is to create a prototype that is 100% appropriate and ready for release.
The production documents to produce the workpiece are optimised following successful testing of the prototype in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of the production process in line with the schedule.
Constant communication, division of labour and close cooperation between the individuals involved ensures an efficient and smooth work and production flow.
The production documents, such as the technical drawings, including protocols and parts lists that contain all of the material, processing, dimensions and tolerance information required to manufacture the product, are stored in our database.
